I am running 3.73's along with a 3200 stall & basically the same set up as you mention. I think with a bit of weight reduction & some slicks I would be running close to what Ken ran with his set up. I think 3.73's are good too.

chesee48 - Yup, I won the cam.

jmzlt1 - Still a 350 with 70k on it. Just freshend up the bearings on it.

MadMav - They seem to be doing the job.

Smokn'94 Z - Looks like I will go ahead and get some 3.73's and see if that does not help more. The other option is to go with the 4.10's with taller tires.

What does your car weigh in at race weight?

I am just curious because my car I figure to weigh with me around 3650 and I dynoed 359/450 and the car ran in the sig last year.

Very Cool!! I would go with the 4.10s and pull the RPM at the top end!!!

The 3.23 vs 3.73s gave me 3 tenths with my set up with the A4...not sure about the Th350, still working the combo out.

I wonder how much horsepower you really have at the flywheel since the high stall swallows alot of it.

Car weight is 3500 lbs with me in it.

I currently have 3.42's in it. Just not sure I would see a big enough gain with the 3.73's. It would be cool if they made some 3.90's that would fit the 10 bolt that we have. I just think the 4.10's might be to much without a tire change on the back. I need to run it through a gear calculator and see the RPM.

Summit sells 3.90 gears for the 10 bolt.
