Thumbs down Mir's...

...for real. I was at FASTECH when he made that dyno pull. I was at ENNIS when he made that pass. I was in the Garage when most of the mods were done.

A few words to some of you guys -

Applied Math

Its a neat course they offer in 7th grade, that teaches you how to read a graph. I'm sure some community colleges offer an applied math course as well.

One thing that doesn't make sense? To those that can't read a graph, how did you figure out how to connect to the internet? I'm gonna put my money on 3 letters

AOL

haha.

Ok, I'll admit my mistake. I mis-read the sheet, but that doesn't mean I don't know how to read one.

I think the problem arose when after explanation, some still did not understand.

YOU are insulting MY intelligence??? HAH! I graduate from Texas A&M with a Mechanical Engineering degree this december...so lemme be the one to say..I know how to read graphs, and ok, I realized that one had the offset hp and tq numbers.

Congratulations. I get my Criminal Justice degree in May.

What does a degree have to do with intelligence?

I explained the offset, yet:

The fact still remains that on the SAME graphs with the SAME scales, the lines don't cross vertically on this dyno run, just look peculiar to me. They cross at different rpm points on each of the runs, the highest hp run being the furthest off.

Degrees are as common as adults. Having one does not therefore make you smart. If you want to compare IQ's or something, we can do that, too.

Not intended as a flame, just a clarification.

It means you have some type of drive and intelligence. Especially an engineering degree from a Nationally recognized school. So I understand thermodynamics, heat transfer, dynamic controls, fluid mechanics, etc etc....I say that makes someone pretty intelligent, not to mention I can write as well. You know, technical writing is important these days, since if you look aroud any board, noone can write or spell correctly. Also, when I'm engineering chassis, fuel systems, suspensions, engine components, etc etc, it's the people without the degrees that are putting them together, making their $9 an hour.

And I never called you unintelligent, yet you are calling me unintelligent cause I mis-read a dyno graph. You're basing people being intelligent on reading a dyno graph? Ha, ludacris. BTW, do you have a college degree? Just curious, if you do, good job, not all adults have one. Just noticed you're getting your CJ degree, congrats. You go to SHSU?

No one, not noone.

Again, you missed my point entirely.

Criminal Justice degree?! What the hell do you plan on doing with that? That's what I thought...you can't do dick with a Criminal Justice degree...

Your "clarification" is void of any outside reasoning and your sentence structure sucks my left nut

Not at all, I never intended to even imply that. I clarified that you said you understood it, yet you posted after I explained the offset. That was my only point.

Oh, I never insulted you. I am going to law school, I forgot, being a lawyer is a lousy job, there's no pay nor future in that.
