I know it isn't the EVAP Solenoid, I ruled that out last time I did this.
How did you "rule out" the EVAP solenoid circuit? Did you look at the EGR vacuum solenoid as well?

Really? I might be willing to try that. It just seems to me like unplugging the pump would make it look the same to the computer as a blown fuse... No circuit. SO putting a working one in might be worth a shot. Do you know that they're both good for sure?
The fuse protects the +12V line from the battery that connects to the "load" side of the AIR pump relay, and then has a jumper back to the "signal" side of the relay. The PCM supplies a ground to the signal side of the realy to activate the relay, and in turn the pump. The PCM is looking at the circuit that can be traced from the PCM to the ground side of the relay coil, and back to the battery. It will not be able to tell if the pump is not there, since the pump is effectively wired in parallel to the relay coil.

I eliminated the EVAP solenoid by buying a new one and the code still going off. lol. I haven't checked the other thing though, which it sounds like maybe I should?

Ok, that makes sense. What do you think about what I said about the AIR pump not running when i jump it, blowing the fuse when it's plugged in, but the code still going off when its unplugged?

Replacing a part does not verify that the circuit is complete. Not really a joke. lol

Apparently you don't take all this very seriously. I suggested this back in my first post 10 months ago. I'm trying to help you, but you seem to want to make a big joke out of it, so I'll back off and let someone else do it.

Well i kinda just meant that the part itself wasn't the problem... haha.

Woah, ok, I'm not treating this like a joke, I'm sorry. I'm just away at school and don't have the most time in the world to check things. On top of that, back then I thought i was going to sell the car, so I stopped worrying about that, then forgot you said it when i started looking at it a little while ago, and on top of that all, i don't even know where the thing is, or what to check for which I was going to try to find out... but like I said, my time is limited, and the garage is at home, where i am not.
