My car is cutting out at part throttle, or as soon I give it any moderate acceleration.

If the pressure is dropping, is it most likely the fuel pump going out, or a loose wire/crimped fuel line?

Get a fuel pressure gauge on there to check.

When you say cutting out, do you mean like a hesitation or backfire? Does it only occur when the car is driving (under load)? Does it happen when the car is cold?

I'm going to get a guage on it soon here. The instant it goes under any load, it simply cuts out completely, no backfire. After about one second, it drives like normal.

Put the gauge on it, if you see the fuel pressure dip under WOT, then you know you have a fuel related issue.
