I hear these not only put a very small amount of extra HP to the ground.... but also they almost elimate highway (or highspeed) driving vibration. Whats the pros opinions???

Not a lot of HP to be gained for the $700+ cost of the CF DS. Read this recent thread on Advanced Tech:

Well then my question is this... does a new "upgraded" drive shaft really greatly decrease my highway vibration?? If they do... which one do you (besides the CF... it is a bit much) recommend?? Thanks

No, not really. How about balancing your stock shaft after replacing both u-joints? Check the GM shop manual.
