just like the title says, its a 94z28, we can get the car to crank, the fuel pump primes and everything but it wont actually kick over and start. what do u guys think it is? spark problem?

 

If your getting fuel then it's a spark problem. Most likely the optispark.

 

What were the conditions of the car prior to starting? (had it been sitting for a long time...in bad rain....etc.)

 

Just because the pump primes, doesnt mean you are getting adequate pressure. Put a fuel gauge on there and take some readings. Are there any codes thrown? Do the opti and spark test and post up your results:
