Cam And header install

Cam And header install

Getting ready to install the LT4 Hot Cam and Headers anything I need to know or tips are greatly needed. How much rwhp do you think I will make. I make 250 at the wheels with the stock 95Z right know.

Should make about 200 wheel power give or take a few. You should change the rockers and valve springs at the same time since they are going to be off.

I think he ment 300rwhp, Im thinking more like 310 or 320 depending on your mods

Yea I am doing the rockers and everything all I didnt do was the heads and I am going to port and polish them. I made 250 at the wheels when I dynod it yesterday the car is stock except for CAI. I ran 13.5 at 104 with drag radials last summer.

Just make sure you have lots of tools so you don't need to go out and get some in the middle. You'll need a puller, fuel line disconnect, something to compress valve springs and a way to keep the valves from falling.

you also might want to eplace the valve stem seals.
