Hey guys I was board today so I ripped apart a spare block I have and found a cam with some engravings. I proceeded to do a google search and came up empty handed. So I could use some help. Here it goes......
3313/3315 engraved with dremel
HR114+4 also with dremel
U5217-10 also with dremel
4615yn with factory engraving

Looks like Comp Extreme energy lobes
218/230 lift is .495/.510 with 1.5s
HR114+4 Probably means 114 LSA and 4degrees advance ground in
Really mild duration and lift, really big intake/exhaust split, ridiculously wide LSA which either means an ignorant emissions grind(112 would have been fine that mild) or maybe it was for boost.
Might be interesting to see what it would do with a turbo and some 1.6 rockers.

That is a somewhat common Comp Cam blower cam. Xtreme Energy HR Lobes as Dwayne said: 218/230 .528/.544 [1.6] 114LSA 110ICL
