I have RK's which are nearly identical to the AS&M's. Once you have the 3 hole 3" flange welded onto the catalytic converter the Bora bolts right up. No other mods needed.

I have both a Catalytic converter and a Bullet mffler that I can switch back and fourth in less than 10 minutes. Your header y-pipe has the 3 bolt flange which makes this real easy. If you are interested in doing somthing like this too I have a 3" flange for sale in the classifieds.

The AS&M's, Borla and bullet muffler instaed of a cat just sound plain incredible.

That will sound like *** with the Borla wide open. I use to have SLP mids which are about identical to AS&M except for the flanges. It will sound bad. You'll either want a bullet muffler/cat or to go with it half open.

Re: borla exhaust and as&m headers

It sounds best with the cat or the bullet muffler.
If you run a straight pipe (test pipe) with wide open Borla it wall sound very bad and raspy. It even borders on embarrasing.

The bullet muffler reduces the cracking and popping and raspiness quite a bit.
Still sounds best with the cat.
