Ummmm with 101 mile per hour times with those mods.... I dont see you taking the record. You should be pulling 105-107 with all that.

Yea but how far can you go with weight reduction??? Remember the article online when they took a stock Sentra and completely gutted and stripped it. Got it down to 14's. Are you allowed to do that???

Re: Bolt-on lt1 times?

The only reason i'm sayin full weight is because it's hard to find somebody who's not cut crap out of they're car. It's more impressive to me if the car retains full weight becasue that means it puttin the power to the ground.Yes gears are a bolt-on.I have yet to install my 1.6 rr's or my gears so i'd assume that i should be around a high to mid twelve fairly easy.If you missed the part where i said my car has a high rpm miss then you'd see that is why i'm only pulling 101 in the 1/4.Oh and i don't weight 200lbs closer to 175.And i don't see a reason in cutting out everything that makes the inside of my car as nice as it is.If you've got a car that weighs 3750 that can out run a car that weighs 3050 then obviously the heavier car gets my vote.If i wanted a car to go fast thats lite then i'd spend more money on my SRT and not so much on my TA.

As for the high RPM miss. I assume that since MadZ28 did the tune you had him desensitize the knock sensor. I'd check the wires, coil and finally the optispark to start. Check the wires for arcing around the headers. I hope you get your situation resolved. The Torque converter will suck some the poewr out of the car resulting in a lower mph in the quarter mile. Not 101 mph, but a little lower than a car with a stock torque converter.

BTW, I have a SRT-4 a well. It is actually faster than the Camaro. All bolt ons on that car as well w/S1. (Sorry for gettin off of the subject there)
