I wouldn't lay any odds on that stock crank lasting, but that's some nice hp nonetheless.

Impressive. I'm with the above though, I wouldn't hold too much faith in the crank lasting too long.

That's the same crank from the last motor out of his car that went. It was not properly built for a blower motor and it detonated so bad that it burnt pistons, ruined the camshaft, lifters, pushrods and block. The stock crank was reused in this motor after it was inspected. They are a lot stronger than what people think. The motor builder estimated that the compresion ratio with the old combo before it went was 30 to 1 at max boost before it beat itself to death and it was making 590 at the wheels! It has studed heads and it lifted the heads.
