You should sticky that calculation info and all the useful info in this thread. i see alot of injectors threads and by far this is the most useful of all of them.

i also looked all over shbox and couldn't find this info or anything similar on his site. It might be there i just couldn't find it.

Did you check the "sticky" on injector sizing on the "Fuel & Ignition" forum? Not as much detail, but suggests the "0.07 X" guideline for picking your minimum injector size.
