Bad PCM or sensor on modded 95 Lt1/4?

What would the symptoms be on a 95 OBD1 A4 LT4 .060 overbore with a CC306, programmed for 1K rpm idle(800-1000, it doesn't matter, still idles at 525-600, and dies), that would cause this? The reason I ask is that I took off the TB to check the IAC, and it seems like it doesn't open or shut easily, and was really gummed up, could this cause that? Also, the PCM thinks it is at WOT at idle, and the only code thrown is Code 33, MAP high(indicating low vacuum). Could this be possibly the TPS? I am still new to programming(I am not the one doing it, just trying to understand the relationships), and would like to know what to try next. I have ordered the IAC, TPS, and MAP, and will put them on this evening or tomorrow.

TIA!

OK, I think the IAC is bad...It was putting out like 120 Ohms per coil...Does this sound plausible?

Did you check TPS, IAC counts and MAP at idle? What are the values? How does the IAC respond to too low an idle speed? Did you use the "reset" procedure for the IAC? How do you know the PCM thinks its at WOT at idle? Is the TPP 100%? Then the TPS voltage must be messed up.

The IAC counts were maxed out, and I unfortunatly don't have any numbers handy for the TPS, but the MAP was definetly high. I was, as I said, not the one doing the tuning. I left a message for him, and will post what he says, but I do remember him saying that the PCM thinks it is at WOT...

Am I right in thinking that the the PCM would use the TPS to judge whether or not it was at WOT, and could throw it totally out of whack?

I have to replace the IAC anyway, when I removed it, one of the bolts sheared, and I can't remove it, plus, it was really clogged up.

Does this help? I'll try to get more specific info ASAP.
