BAD DAY!!! Car is falling apart!! Please Help

Ok so I'm heading out to the track today with my new welds and my friend came with.... Well Everything was going ok, tiny bit of sprinkle here and there but I called the track and they said it was sunny so we set out...

Well we called a half a hour into driving and still said no rain, then we get into a small town and roll up to a stop light and my friend hears a clanking noise from the wheels so he sticks his head out of the car and looks at the back wheels and a lug nut is missing and another one is half way out!!

So I immediately pull the car over and we jack it up and take the wheel off and see that the one stud that had the lug hanging off of it is stripped at the end where it was hanging off, then stupid me listens to my friend and he goes just try to put a good one on the stripped stud, maybe it will straighten it out so then we strip a lug too!!!

By this time I'm pissed off so now I had to take a lug off the front wheel and put it to the back so they both had four, then I ran to find a lug but of course no auto shop carries them!!!

We just decided to call the track and see whats going on even though we were going to go home anyway, and they have a 2 hour delay anyway, so we just got some food and went home, stopping every 20 mins to check the lugs...

Well then I get home and drop my friend off and start coming home and now I see the damn low oil light so I immediately pull over again to the first gas station I see and check the oil, sure enough it is the last line where it says ADD, so I go in and buy two quarts of what looked like their best oil they had and put it in, well now the damn thing is over full, I dont know what the hell is going on!!!

My questions are
1. Why are my lugs backing off of the wheel, I am almost postive I tightened them down by both the impact and then by hand because I did to every other one, do I need longer studs or something??
2. What could be causing my damn oil to be eatin up like that so quickly?!? I changed my oil about 2300 miles ago, I usually change it every 2000 but didnt this time, please help me out guys!
