Back from Ed Wright, dyno numbers inside.
Thanks alot guys. It is really nice to have it done. I got a few things to do and then I am going to a HUGE cruise over in Mississippi for four days....and THAT is gonna be a blast!!
I really thought the car would put down a tad more, but for now I am happy.
Again thanks guys.

With the ring gear setup you have, gear oil, converter that's a easy 25% loss there. 475rwhp x 1.25% = 593 HP which seems a little more likely to me.
There is still some tricks there to get more out of the 9" in terms of efficency but's more Pro Stock type tricks.
I'm glad your happy with the numbers and you have a driveable car to go cruisin in.

That is good power and should be easy to jump into the 10's.
I would not get to wrapped up with the dyno numbers though...see how the car runs because if everyone only cared about dyno numbers we would all be running 6 speeds with 3.23 geared 10 bolts with LS1 driveshafts on stock radials.
Congrats and I am sure you have more in it.

25% Locked? Do you really think it would be that high with the converter locked? Wow.

With a lighter car I would agree, 10's would not be a problem. But at 3700lbs It might be close. Of course I have not weighed the car, just guessing. I put it all down on paper as to what I took out vs what went back in and it was basically a wash...so the weight is pretty close to my guess.
