My car sat for about 1 year while I was getting everything setup for my turbo, and somtime during that period the fuel pump died. I replaced it with a used one, and it worked fine, then the car sat for about another 4 months, and now that other pump is dead. Is there any reason why after sitting for awhile the pump would die? Is there any way to prevent a new pump from dying?
