Red face Another question about removing heads...

The coolant line that runs between both heads on the back, I can't seem to budge the bolts that hold them in. So im thinking of trying to pull both heads out together. There is a group of wires that run past the backside of the driverside head. And a little clip with a bolt into the head holding them in place. I can't seem to get that one to budge either, any tricks?

Well i had the same problem and pulled the heads together, make sure you have someone helping you, then i ordered new bolts and i got a better set that are easier to work with(they are a better design and have bigger bolt heads). Also the bolt that holds the wire harness should come out but be patient because there is not alot of room but it should come easy.Good luck.

I got on top of the engine compartment to get better leverage, and used the closed end of the wrench carefully making sure it was square on the bolt. It wasnt easy, but I got them both without damaging the bolts.

Good luck

Yea I was inside the engine compartment ontop of the engine using all my might..(well almost) I was scared I was either gonna break the bolt off or the wrench was gonna slip and I would break my hand.
