To answer the question I have 94 formula lt1 firebird. Well if MAFs suck what about a bigger throttle body or have I just hit my free mod wall.

a bigger TB would be Pointless at this point in time....you need to work on your valvetrain, or drivetrain now...my .02

Read the article again, the most recent one they pull apart the intake to swap sensors and find a NASTY air filter and replace that along with the MAF, plus MAFs can benbifit from occassional ckeaning the chances of the cleaning the stocker first are zero. Plus as noted the Granatelli may lean out STOCK tuning enough to provide a temporary power gain from that, custom tuning begins at about $50 to permanently correct AFR and adjust timing and other variables as well to give you even more gains at 1/6th the price.
