Re: Adjusting valves weird question

Just for an update and another question.. I think i have fixed the problem.. I had taken my voltage on the tps before and did again today and couldnt get it right after about 45 minutes of adjusting and re-adjusting the tps sensor i could only come up with a best of .4V idle and 5.0 or higher WOT (i was still throwing tps code wot on this setting) so i decided to unscrew my idle stopper screw on my tb and managed to get a best of .55V idle and 4.9V wot. My question is will this affect anything? having my idle screw sticking out to compensate?

As long as your IAC counts are in the 20-40 range or so, it will be ok.

Yes, you need a scanner.
