Is the AIR pump working?
You have one O2 sensor (bank 1) that warms up slowly, shows slightly erratic numbers, then nosedives (<200mV), acting like the AIR is running. The other (bank 2) warms up faster, starts working, and climbs into the mid- to high- 900mV range and stays there, as if the AIR is not running. Then it goes into closed loop at the correct 206 seconds run time, and at idle (Cell 16) the PCM starts increasing the bank 1 LTFT and decreasing the bank 2 LTFT until the point where bank 1 is adding 7% extra fuel, and bank 1 is subtracting 8.5% fuel. Then all of a sudden bank 1 drifts back down to a a 0% LTFT, while bank 2 also returns to 0%.
At the end of the log, idling, both banks are stable with bank 1 adding 8.6% and bank 2 subtracting 10.2%. That's an unacceptable "split".
Is the EVAP system working? Could the canister possibly be saturated, and putting excess fuel vapor/liquid into the system? When EVAP goes to 100% the O2's surge toward "rich" and the PCM starts pulling out fuel, as much as 18.8% on bank 1 (factory programming limit is 15.6% ? ? ? ), and 14.0% on bank 2. The numbers jump all over the place, but the PCM is responding to a severe rich condition.
i don't know why, but people on this site seem to report better results using GM/Delco O2 sensors.

When it comes to LT1 engine sensors, I try to stick with AC Delco(1st) or Delphi(2nd) parts.

It was picking up a rich condition because the parts store opti i got was DOA. Warranty replaced it and the car runs great again. The original issue was almost certainly the 2 burnt plug wires, one on each bank, and probably the knock sensor issue. but replacing the opti with a bad one made the problem much worse haha. shoulda just looked a little closer in the first place. Both wires were burnt under the fiberglass wire heat shields i got from amazon. PSA, boot socks are a waste of money. But i got everything tied up away from any heat sources including the knock sensor/starter/O2 harness and everything seems copasetic again.
TLDR; Triple check plug wires and then triple check again tomorrow. dont overlook the simple stuff.
