I read threw 8 pages of forums about cold misfiring, hesitations, stumbling and hard cold starts and none of it helped lol. If it matters i have the V-power NGK TR55 sparkplugs. I left them gapped at there original amount. I forgot what they were but I remember many people saying to leave them at there stock gaping because you can break the tips. But they were all the same and within the specs i got.

GOD IF YOU HEAR ME PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It could be as simple as the air not being sufficient to start and idle the engine which would be in line with the symptoms(IAC motor or the TB may need adjusting). I didn't see it in your list of outputs so as far as I'm concerned I would eliminate that from the equation next before you go crazy (which i think you almost have ) good luck!

lol just about to go crazy. The idle adjustment was the first thing i tried. It helped by keeping the car from stalling right away but other than that I still have the other issues. I adjusted by opening the throttle plates a little more.The car regardless hesitates stumbles and misses at any rpm

I had somewhat similar problems on my car, It turned out to be a combination of bad valve stem seals on cyl 7,5,&8 and a weak fuel pump that was going out (still read 43psi@idle when tested).
this was on a stock LT1, so I don't know if it will help any

These are all the possibilities I have;

Opti
Sparkplug Wires
Bad Tune

Im going to try to replace the wires soon and see what happens. The opti I dont want to replace until I know that its the problem to much $$. I might take my car to the dyno and have it retuned and see what happens with that. I E-mailed Ion last week and he never replied so I sent the E-mail again. I hop he isent the type of guy that will try to dodge me.

yeah you need to scan it with a real scanner. there is something simple wrong and i think you are trying to hard to find it.

What I might do to just save time and money is buy the scanner from checkers again with a serial port to USB and save the numbers I get and post them. It probably will be more useful then the 5 Frames I saved previously. Ion E-mailed me back reassuring me that the tune is good. So my attention is turned to the ignition setup. Do these conditions indicate a bad opti or plug wires in your guys opinion?

Just a suggestion. I had larger injectors like yours and was way to much. I put the stockers back in, and on the dyno it was at 86% duty cycle and made awesome numbers. You might try to put some smaller injectors in to see if that helps. good luck

I would try but the ecu has been tuned for 37lb injectors it would just flood the engine.
