The way I see it is if Joe has a hand in a vert going 12.02 n/a and stock bottom end that's a hell of a feat. Greenbean, your just hateing on him because he's putting numbers down like that in a heavy *** car. If your car weighed as much as the vert, there is no way you would even be close Just admit that Joe made awesome cams and let it be.

There we have it.

The most ridiculous, immature post I think I've ever seen on this board.

Congratulations Joe Overton.

You are the winner.

I'm glad you're not making cams anymore, you know, since you're so professional and mature and everything. Get lost and stop trying to start trouble and learn how to be a man. Enough with your advertising.

I don't know Joe, but that was quite immature. Let's all grow up and move on. Honestly, I don't understand people just posting irrelevant track times. If your cars run...good. If you aren't grinding cams or doing anything for me, I really don't care. What is the point of this post other than "Look at Joe"?

Joe and Greenbean were having a conversation , I mean it should have been with Private messaging. How does that not him a Professional at what he does? You all attack him,l I just believe you all are mad that he is not making Custom grind Cams anymore....

I mean I don't know Joe Overton or wanted him to make me a Cam or anything for me. I just think you all went a little harsh on him ,I mean,he has alot respect on this board and alot of happy customers im sure...

if you think that was the most immature post, you musyt never read this board. cars Joe have worked are putting up the ET's,and that seems to be making people upset. As for advertising, once again, people must not read much,as it has been repeated that Joe doesnt make cams for anyone anymore. What he is doing is no different when Phil from AI was talking about MUdge's car before he was a sponsor,he was proud of what he did,and yet he was "accepted" whereas Joe isnt.

Kinda amazing how some people jump on Joe for putting up good numbers, but they are all hung up on dyno numbers and mph numbers,ET is what counts bottom line, and some of these people's only argument is it wasnt a dynojet ( as SS RRRR tried to eloquently explain to me supposedly for multiple times, yet dyno numbers dont mean much in the grand scheme, just watch for the 87 formula at EFA,it'll run faster then it's 73xrwhp dyno indicates it should) and the hp numbers are inflated, because they are what? jealous of the et? then again, what do i know,i'll take my lil ol stock longblock 11.02 sec car and just watch the fun

Greenbean, I think that you're going to be shut up by these cars that Joe had done work on. Riddle me this: Who else is running N/A in the 9's with a LT1, stroker or no??? Hmmmm....... Only one I can think of right now.

Eleven's @ 118 (sorry, 117.9) in a Vert which is a full weight street cat is a pretty credible feat.

As for the other one, yeah, he may have trapped only 116, but how much do you think the time/trap speed got killed by bouncing off the rev limiter a few times. Like Joe said, a 7.25 1/8 time is no joke.

Who cares what the cars dyno??? They're backing it up on the track. So what if the trap speeds seem low to you. Way I see it, those ****'s scoot. There's plenty left in it.

Why are YOU the only one in this thread hating on Joe Overton?? What, he wouldn't do a cam for you???

I will have to agree with Joe on the Automatic car that was banging the limiter. I had the very same problem with my old set up. I was still sporting a stock tranny that loved the limiter between the 1-2 and the 2-3. I could only manage a 7.1 @99 in the 1/8. With no changes being done but a rebuild on the tranny the car on its first pass went a 6.71 @104.9 mph. I should have done that along time ago but I just thought that it would not have made that big of a difference.

This is getting really old. I'm getting a bit tired of having to constantly babysit this issue. My warnings seem to have no meaning.
