excuses???? actually they are hurdles which will be addressed...one being the vert needs a 12bolt which is obvious and a good tire....2nd james car needs shift tables lowered till we get it to shift without banging off the rev limiter..on a bracket day and edit hard to get it right with 2 or 3 runs...we havnt even got the cutouts on yet ..both cars was full exaust..bone stock suspended also.....you guys need to come off this mph soap opera... I cant believe for the life of me with the supposed knowledge here, that you think things don't come into play when trying to obtain mph in 1320 ft...

prime ex. ls1 here locally broke the ls1 bolt on record.Ran 11.25@118 yesterday..just how much rwhp do you think hes making ????? I mean comeon this is getting kinda silly dont ya think

James and Gary I congratulate you both. FINALLY you two have something for me to worry about.

i still havent figured out all the hype over dynojets and mph. et wins the races.
ugh........... this has been explained to you over and over again in many variations.
I agree with what you say. However when dyno numbers are paraded around on the internet as being better than another cam grind or setup or combination's dyno numbers then there is a discrepancy and difference of opinion.
Regardless how pointless it is, members want to see numbers from these cars using a familiar dyno and format since most every shop uses Dynojet. Most members here are who follow the progress of those who post up dyno and ET and race weight info are used to seeing a certain hp given the combo. The numbers for these cars are out there and there are those who are going to question them.
IMHO I don't believe the cars are making the power advertised nor do I see a vast improvement between the combos on these cars compared to the good off-the-shelf components sold from well known shops. Doesn't mean I have anything against these two chaps that I am going to beat ( ) on April 3rd. It's all a part of racing.
I just hope the clutch I ordered two weeks ago will be here in time for an install!

Those cars are making excellent power, but usually the trap speed will show it. I would think a car with 420rwhp would trap better. Maybe he let off before the finish?
