I ran a 14.6 @ 96 mph...but my car barely got out of 2nd gear...that was just with exhaust and a pos engine that lasted only 3 months after that....i would say u should be in the lower 14's but weather is a factor worth considering....myself, had tranny issues in my A4. Car wouldnt shift WOT....i even made a few track runs bouncin off the rev limiter in 1st gear....15.1 ...those where not the best of times....but some LT1's just dont perform like the others... maybe a lil tune up would help u get a lower time...plugs/wires/ i didnt see mileage, but it may be close to an opti change... I pulled 2.1 60' times as well on street tires...when i get my license back in 8 months i will let ya kno what the new motor runs

As long as the car is in good mechanical condition, I would say that you're fine. I'm about 40 minutes from 66 and I think it was in the upper 80's last tuesday, wasn't it?
See what the car runs in cooler weather and I'd bet you'd be fine.

Yeah, if it was as hot as it was over here in STL as it was over in IL, that'd be a big chunk of you thinking your car is slow. That'll account for a couple tenths.

Take your car back when the barometer pressure is high, temp is around 70, and humidity is low. You'll see a definate improvement.

Rather than jump to conclusions that you have some sort of problem, as a lot of people seem to want to indicate, why not use one of the online calculators to "correct" your ET to standard conditions. That way you can see the actual affects of the temperature, humidiyt, barometric pressure and altitude for your time slips.
