is it ok to jack the car up on the subframe connector?

i got subframes connectors welded on my camaro and i was wondering if it is ok to jack up the car on the subframe it self or on the weld? just wondering if it would cause any damage to the subframe if i jack the car up that way..

On the NON diamond style (only one other type I think) I was told you CAN by a guy that had them on his car and did it many times.

I was under the impression that one of the benefits of subframe connectors was that you have new "better" jack points. I was really hoping that, that was the case. Cuz my stock jack points are........how should I say........F***ed! I was hoping sub frames would solve that for me.

yes you can as it is always safer to jack the car up on the frame. the subframes become part of the frame and strenghthen it.

I've heard of several people jacking their cars up on Boxed SFC's with no problems whatsoever. I personally wouldn't know because mine are being ordered in about 2 weeks.
