Need some help in picking a camshaft, any ideas will be helpful.

To the OP: You ought to take care of some supporting mods before a cam. It will only help the cam gains itself. Get the LT's taken care of, the get the cam with the needed tune.

Maybe "inspection" via a computer and code-reader, but not emissions.
