Need a new fuel pump....

I don't know which to go with or where to get it. My stock one is going out and would like to upgrade, but I don't need anything serious. I am confused about which one I will need for my car. I see high pressure and low pressure, but don't know the significance of either. My car is stock, so I do not need anything huge. I'm thinkin along the lines of a 190lph, but am not sure of which brand to choose from. Would this work for my stock (currently) car: [url]http://www.neweraperformanceparts.com/n/neweraperformance/default.asp?S=503&A=E&PKV=walcamaro|0

If your car is stock, then i would just a gm one from the dealer. the gm stuff is pretty good.. usually lasts well over a hundred thousand miles.. well... if the fuel filter is changed regularly... just my $.02
