how hard is it to install a LS1 Hot Cam?

i have installed cams before in third gens but not 4th gens

i is definately more crampted and looks like in could be a pain

has anyone done it?

any with the new cam is there anything that will need to be change to accomadate the increased lift?

 

You can use the stock pushrods but you'll need new valve springs. The hotcam kits include the LS6 springs.

It can be fun changing the cam on an LS1 but not impossible. There are a lot of install documents out there. Take a look at http://www.ls1info.com/cam_install/
