I've Bypassed VATS, Replaced the Starter and Battery....Still has Starting Problems.

Always the first thing I think of when I see VATS. I have even included a similar response to yours when a VATS thread comes up .

As far as the OP goes, what happens when the car is running and you go WOT? Does the car bog or seem to choke at all? This would indicate a fuel pump issue as well.

So lets clear things up a bit. When you say it takes a up to 2 turns of the key to start, is the motor turning over the whole time and just not catching? From the OP, I thought you meant it wasn't turning over.

If it's the first, I'll say it's the check ball in the fuel pump letting pressure bleed off requiring a longer prime, thus extended cranking. If it's the later, I say ignition switch.

I usually go for the headshot.

And get a fuel pressure gauge on that car.
