The stock injectors on a 1999-2000 will handle far more than 350rwhp. Mine are currently maxxed over 100% duty cycle, but they have supported 436rwhp N/A. I am currently replacing them with FMS 30lbers (about 36lbs at our fuel pressure).
As for the original question, depending upon tune I'd say about 395rwhp for that combo...

2001 Z28 here with stock injectors

Dyno'ed 442rwhp through the A4 and stock rear end.

Been this way for awhile....

geez, i made a comment in the LT1 forum about how much less flow the LT1 heads have compared to LS1 as a simple observation, and i got flamed and insulted by half dozen people.

comments like
"welcome to 1997"
"what a ***, using it as a reason to state the obvious"



but yeah...it is nice to have that potential
LOL similar thing happened to me. Those LT1 guys are very defensive.
