Does this mean somethings wrong?
Sometimes with my 99 A4 SS when i go WOT i notice a weird smell that kind of smells like something from the trans and i don't know weather or not its something to worry about. Can i get some feedback on this?

maybe you are smelling rubber? but anyway, if it isn't ferforming any differently i wouldn't say theres a problem.

Mods?? Prolly the cats. Kind of sulpher-ish?...stinky....Either that or a slipping clutch...Does it smell like hot brakes? I get the cat smell every once in a after getting on it, going up hill...

It's not the sulfer smell because i know that one and it doesn't smell like burnt rubber.

I got new fluid when i got the shift kit put in put i never had it flushed. It's only got 49,000 miles on it.
