cam selection

I am trying to decide on a cam in my 01 ta. which cam would give more power with and without stage 2 heads? A 224/224 cam with 563/563 or 581/581 lift. I allready have the full list of bolt ons.

In general, more lift is better if the springs, etc. are up to it. The gain will be minimal on stock heads, more on better heads.

Depends..

I love these questions, cause in reality there is no "right" answer.
