will exhaust heat ruin my paint?

i have the loud mouth exhaust on my camaro, and my tips are tuck in behind about an inch before the bumper, when i drive my car, ive notice that my rear bumper, beneth where my tips are is really hot, iam wondering if this would ruin my paint?

It shouldn't. I had the flowmaster catback on my 96Z and the turndowns were tucked up and touching the rear bumper cover, only problem I had was having to scrub a little bit harder to get all the exhaust off the bumper...
