I have one of those stoppers that stops your axle from hitting the car. It is either rubber or plastic and there is one on each mounted on the body of the car. What are these called and how much would it cost to get another because one of mine is half torn off.

Rear Jounce Bumper GM 10164173.. about a year ago I got em for less than 10$ each from Jason Cromer.. be aware that the ones I got were a ****ish rubber, not black[guess they changed the compound maybe they won't 'rot' so fast..]

they sell sets of energy suspension ones for 9.99 at autozone. i don't know that you'd want poly tho, it would make it a pretty tough hit. i think they're intended for slapper bars...

What type of material should iget so that its nott too harsh? My car currently seems a little higeher on one side when looking from the rear, would this bad jounce bumper cause the problem?

A jounce bumper will not affect ride height... the bumpers only come into play to stop the suspension from "bottoming out" when you hit a severe bump. Get the stock bumpers.
