Voltage problems

I've noticed that sometimes when i accelerate the Check Gagues lightcomes on and the the gague messuring the volts drops. This also happens when im on the free way, the lights seem to dim, and i have to accelerate to get is back to appropiate volts.

I have been having trouble with my transmission when shifting into D from Neutral, but i noticed that its mostly because when i put it in neutral the RPMS rise. maybe to get the volts up and thus making shift into gear kinda hard.

Also when it in drive and i stop the car seems to be accelerated and rpms are only a 600rpm but the car moves like if it was at higher rpms..

Could all this be cause from some electrical problem?
