1. Is there a diagram for the wiring on the altnator the little red wire that come from pig tail . Voltage problem new alt.
2.is there a diagram for all the engine grounds i found that the ground strap on the front driver side of the motor was hanging and wasnt connected .

If you go right here, you can download the factory manuals for a 94 and have every diagram you ever wanted.

Your question isn't clear.
1. You need a wiring diagram for the alternator - did you look at Shoebox's electrical wiring diagram section. 95 starting and charging wiring diagram is there, 94 will be the same. There is a red wire to the alternator that comes from the positive battery terminal. Is that what you are looking for? Or do you mean the red wire that comes from the instrument cluster?

2. As Rob points out, the factory manual has diagrams showing the grounding system, and drawings showing the physical routing of all the wiring in the car. Not sure how you would be relating an engine ground to a problem with the door locks.
If you look at Rob's diagram for the door locks, it tells you what page to look at in the factory manual to find the ground source. The manual will also tell you where ground G200 is located.

Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and do the research yourself. That's how the rest of us learned.
