Trans issue!

95 z/28 with 118,000 miles. Hurst shifter. It is making a grinding noise when I let out the clutch and first gear engages. Only happens in first all other gears are fine. I made a video below. Help please!

Sounds clutch related.(throw out bearing maybe?).My02.

Thanks for the response. I am hoping I don't need a clutch or new trans

Mine was doing the same thing. Just got the clutch replaced with a new slave cylinder and flywheel and she's all better now.
