Re: radio settings not saving ?

The radio gets two 12V feeds. One is directly from the battery via fuse #8 in the panel at the end of the dash, and saves the station settings and security code in volatile memory. The second feed is switched power, from the retained accessory power (RAP) module under the dash. That provides power to allow the radio to operate, and it's the RAP module that provides power to the radio and power windows for about 10 minutes after you turn the key off, or until you open a door.

It would appear that the direct feed from the battery is not working - check fuse #8. Shoebox has a diagram of the radio, for a 95 but it's basically the came as your 94. It's for the optional Bose system, but the power supply will be the same for the Bose or the standard radio.
