I know you have no codes, and I know you have no spark. My point is you indicate you are going to "take opti-spark again and replace again ." Why would you replace it if there is no indication (codes, or spark reaching the coil wire, but not coming out of the Opti) that indicate there is a problem with the Opti?

You are asking for help, but basically seem to be rejecting our efforts to help you.
