Inside fuel tank


Hey guys so last year i replaced my Fuel pump bcuz i thought it was bad,my gauge is on the full mark,i noticed it hasnt moved only after i shut off the car the needle will move down a lil bit. Im not sure if i installed it correctly with the floater to where my gauge is showing the right fuel. Can some tell me how do i install it the correct way to where the it will read my gauge right. The pic in the thread im not sure if theres enough fuel. Bcuz my car sputtered n died. Pressure was at 5

Shoebox has a good guide to troubleshooting problems with the fuel gauge:

There are an awful lot of cheap Chinese counterfeit fuel pumps on the market. Not unusual for a rapid failure if you get stuck with one of those.
