Help On Fuel Pump

I had a bad night last night driving down the highway and my car just die out ....i had a feeling it was my fuel pump i had just changed the fuel filter 3 days ago and it just plain die on me...Now im going to get a new fuel pump...what do you guys recommend? also ive seen and hear that you can access it from the trunk, but i'd like to get some step and advice on how to do this.....any info is greatly appreciated.....thanks guys....

This subject has been covered extensively on numerous posts. Most of them are in the "General F-Body Tech & Info" forum. I'll move this post there for you. Then try the "search" feature..... most people use the term "trap door" for the opening required in the rear package shelf to access the top of the fuel tank. Enter the words "trap door" in the search and you will find numerous related threads.
