HEADER'S best bang for the buck
Re: HEADER'S best bang for the buck
the hard thing is i have my car registered in Wisconsin however i am in the air force and i have to do emissions depending on what base i live on. This why it isn't as easy to just bypass if you know what i mean?
Re: HEADER'S best bang for the buck
Well with that being the case i would just go with a set of single cat headers and swap out an off-road pipe with a cat whenever you have to worry about emissions.
I suggest macs, others will say different. Search and you will find numerous posts on the subject.

Re: HEADER'S best bang for the buck
thanks for the help guyz i think what i am going to do is get the pacesetter ceramic coated and get some cats welded on on to a y-pipe if i can find ones with the header to place my o2 sensors if not i will go with the o2 sims and long tubes.
Thanks again

Re: HEADER'S best bang for the buck
Spend the money on either QTP, KOOKS or DYNATECH headers. They are stainless steel, have the best fitment and produce the most power. Forget the Y-pipe and just go true duals. Just look at my sig below, the Y-Pipe and CATS are killing me !!! They need to GOOO
or just go with the complete dynatech supermaxx header system. You get the headers, 02 sensors, Y-pipe and Cats, if you need the cats and sensors.

Brain,
Not to change the thread to much but why do you have to register your vehidle where you are at? YOu should be able to keep your car registered in WI. Then when it expires you just mail in new stuff and explain you are military. One of My cars is registered in MO for that very reason.
