Make sure you bleed all the air out of the system.

Re: major overheating problem

Rami, also check to make sure the cooling fans are in original installed condition. I had a third gen once that someone had removed the fans out of. When they re-installed, for whatever reason, they had cut the connector wiring. They wired them backwards. A DC motor will spin in the wrong direction when wired backwards. If you arent savy at telling if the fan is spinning the right way, you can test with a sheet of paper. Air should be PULLING towards the motor. The fan blade will not pull air if spinning backward. Probably not your problem, just wanted to throw out a real life scenario that i have pesonally seen happen.
