Fuel pump install???

My fuel pump is on the verge of taking a dump, and i have a performance pump on the way..... I hear there's a way to cut a hole/square (i don't know) in the trunk area to be able to gain access to the top of the fuel tank and then the pump. I'm guessing i have to cut somewhere between the back seat and the dip??? Do i cut right in the center? How big of a hole or square should i cut?

Any tips will be great!

Thanks

Re: Fuel pump install???

Thanks a lot! It seems "rather" simple with the good help of all the detailed pictures and instructions. I have a 255 lph pump, and a dremel kit on the way....can't wait to install it.....thanks again.
