if u cant get that security light to clear...only thing i can think of is to get a brand new BCM for each car....like $150 each from GMpartsdirect.com

You can always try to diagnose the BCM if it happens to have any trouble codes.

ok guys have another prob here:

I locked my brothers car came back 30 min and opened it with the key since the remote doesnt work.
Then the alarm starts ranting. The horn that is. So I put the key in and it didnt stop. So I just pulled the fuse to the horn. But the damn cars lights keep flashing.
What can I do to disable the alarm till we get it all figured out?

Do I disconnect the alarm thing in the trunk?? I remember seeing that in the trunk but dont remember exactly what it was. I think the motion sensor thing or whatever.
