When will this become a problem?

I have a 255 in the tank with the factory lines coming out and when it comes out I have a hrd line adapter going to a -6 this goes to a -6 to -10 adapter and -10 to the rail -6 return....

When would the 5/16" line inside the tank and the 3/8" adapter become a problem? The car will be an estimated 450+ to the wheels......Is this system not up to par or is it o.k.

If this won't work I would just put a bung in the tank and run it to an A-1000

People have made well over 700 rwhp using the stock lines.

I should also add I run 58psi fuel....with no vaccuum hook up....it is an aremotive regulator...and the rails are in series...NOT paralel

I'm running 800 flywheel HP through a -6AN line, all the way from inside the tank to where it splits into a -6AN into each of the fuel rails. And I run at 58psi, with no vacuum compensation. But, the fuel rails are in parallel.

Depends what kind of HP you are after, and how you plan to get there. Spraying dry 300-shot, with all the fuel flowing through the injectors, makes the pressure uniformity critical. You don't want the last cylinder in the series-flow rails seeing substantially less pressure than the first cylinder. Changing the flow to parallel reduces the pressure differnce by 1/2.
