Whats the recommended fuel pump now?

When I replaced the pump several years ago, Racetronix was the pump to have... Its now not holding pressure after cutting off the engine, bad check valve.. What's the pump of choice this month?

I'm still going with Walbro GSS340, as long as it's a genuine one.

Yeah, there was rumors sometime ago that there were some Chinese made Walbro imitations going around over on the Buick boards. I just found one of the trusted Buick vendors I've dealt with for many years offers some LT1 Walbro pumps so I will give him a ring to double check, he's been pretty good at staying on top of the imitation parts for other things. I think the Buick GN pump is the same as the LT1, just different hardware comes with it for the specific application.
There's a Walbro in my GN thats been there for over 8 years flawlessly, I'm sure the Racetronix one that's in the tank now was a Walbro too.

The "Chinese Walbro" issue has been discussed right here, on the Fuel & Ignition forum, which is where this should have been posted.
