Won't stay running

Car turns over and fires up for about 1 second, then quits.
One time I actually had car running for almost a minute, before it quit.

We replaced the ignition cylinder with a new one from the GM Dealer. I brought the original ignition cylinder and key to the dealer, hoping that they would give me the correct replacement part. I don't know anything about this VATS system, but by buying a new ignition cylinder and key system ($120, from the dealer), should they have given me the one with the correct resistance, matching my original set, or could they have just given me any random set??? If my new set doesn't match my old set, what do I need to change now, in order for this new set to work???

Do I need to program this new ignition cylinder/key system???

We also replaced fuel pump, plugs and wires. Nothing changes

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,
94 Camaro V6

Have you scanned it for codes?

I don't have any kind of computer to hook up to the car to scan for any codes. I'll probably need to take it to a garage for that huh???

An autoparts store should be able to scan it for you, then you can look up the codes on-line.
They need to know it is OBDI, not OBDII.
