You have the fuel pressure regulator in the supply line? Do you have a return line anywhere in the system?

the return line runs off the drivers side fule rail to the gas tank. the return port on the regulatore is blocked off. yes the supply line runs into the left inlet port of the regulator

You need to run your return lines into the the FPR so that it can regulate the fuel pressure while it is in the fuel rails. As it stands you are regulating the pressure before it even gets to the rails and afterwards it is just being dumped back into the tank via the return line.

The supply line should run straight to the fuel rails. your return line coming from the fuel rails is going to go into the inlet of the FPR. From there return line to the tank will connect to the return port of the FPR.

So it should go like this:

Tank------Fuel Rails---Regulator-------Tank
