fule line beneath drivers side seat has ruptred and feul is spilling out
how can i stop it

 

Hey somebody reply if you read this
he was short with this cuz his car is spilling gas everywhere

The middle line under the driver seat ruptured about were it turns to plastic.

All eltric stuff is unplugged so the fuel pump is not running,

the gas is siphoning its self out. what should he do?
Is the any way to stop it?
